The Foundry


Pulled pork piled high with Carolina chill BBQ sauce and topped with a zesty, creamy coleslaw on a toasted brioche bun with spiced butter sweet pickles.

The Belly Buster


Our signature burger is a special blend of premium angus beef cuts that are seasoned and served thick! This is a half pound slab of deliciousness blackened and topped with applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and bleu cheese sauce on a toasted brioche bun.

The Tailgator


Two soft flour tortillas stuffed with tender, smoked and chopped brisket and topped with pickled red onions, jalapeno’s, and homemade salsa. Finished with a cilantro lime crema.

Triple Casting


A tasty patty of cauliflower and quinoa grilled and topped with a generous portion of caramalized onions and mushrooms, finished with swiss cheese and garlic aioli on Dave’s killer bread toasted.

Smoked Fiesta Furnace


Our smoked chorizo meatloaf served on a toasted sub bun with our beer cheese sauce, and deep fried onions.

Production Pollo


Seasoned chicken breast grilled tender and juicy and topped with applewood smoked bacon, aged cheddar, spiced onion straws, and our backdraft bistro sauce. Served on a toasted brioche with lettuce and tomato.

Fried Fish Beam


Tender lake walleye dipped in our light, High Voltage Blonde Ale beer batter and fried golden brown. Served on our brioche bun with fresh tartar and spiced butter pickles.

Lettuce Eat More


A heaping mound of mixed lettuce greens with your choice of pulled pork or grilled chicken on top. We have also added all of the fixin’s like diced tomato, hard boiled egg, spiced onion straws, and candied pecans. Served with BBQ ranch dressing.

A traditional favorite dusted with our BBQ rub and finished with a subtle heat spike.

Large meatballs smoked and finished with our furnace blasted BBQ sauce. Served with a stick and eaten sucker style.

A Sheetload of Nachos


A sheet tray of fresh fried tortilla chips layered with aged cheddar, chopped smoked brisket, chopped tomatoes, fresh salsa, black olives, sour cream, and green onions.

Pigs Do Fly


A full half pound of tender pork wings rubbed and smoked to perfection! They are then bathed in our buffalo BBQ sauce and chargrilled for some serious flavor. Served with bleu cheese dipping sauce.

Smoked Bacon Fries


Our pinwheel fries are fried golden brown, smothered with our delicious High Voltage beer cheese sauce and topped with applewood smoked bacon. Yes, bacon and beer cheese together!

Brisket or Meatloaf Sliders


Choose either our smoked and chopped brisket or smoked chorizo meatloaf on a soft slider bun with fire roasted peppers & onions and our High Voltage beer cheese sauce.

BBQ Potato Skins


We carve out the middle of a fresh
baked potato and stuff it with pulled pork and cole slaw. It is then topped with melted aged cheddar and candied jalapeños. This whole mound of deliciousness is then painted with our blast furnace BBQ sauce.

Hummus A Tune


Served with toasted Crostini, celery, and carrots for easy dipping.

Bavarian Pretzel


Our fresh baked German pretzel served hot with a medley of mustards and our delicious High Voltage Beer cheese sauce. Warning- you will be forced to share this!

Fried Mac & Cheese


We form our amazing white cheddar mac & cheese into large cubes and roll them in a bowl of saltines and panko bread crumbs. They are fried golden brown and absolutely amazing. Served with sides of marinara and ranch sauce.

Roasted Artichoke & Asiago Cheese Dip


Tender, roasted artichokes smothered in a creamy asiago cheese sauce and served piping hot in a cast iron skillet with a combination of fresh tortilla chips and toasted crostini.

We have a smoker, so we have to serve this staple of sweetness. This has a different twist, see if you can figure it out. Served with 2 spoons so you can “be social” with your new friends.
