The Mad Brewer
Meet Mark Carbin, the MAD Brewer. He’s not angry or anything; he’s helping Make A Difference by being our head brewer guy. He’s the one that turns water, barley, hops and yeast into the wonderful elixir we call… beer.
Mark grew up in nearby Twinsburg, OH and was introduced to homebrewing by his father. It was a great way for them to spend time together and share their passion for beer, but it also was when Mark was bitten by the brewing bug.
Most importantly, Mark loves when his beer makes people happy.
